Abstract

There are summarized the data of the 4-year (2004-2007 years) studies of a number of promising hybrids of sunflower on the crop damage with white rot’s causal agent in the fields in the artificially created infections background. There are elucidated some methodical aspects of sunflower genotypes differentiation as to a damage of sowings by soil infection of the disease.

There is proposed the application of the statistic parameters of LSD while scoring the breeding material by damage degree. As a result of the research there has been the selection of sunflower promising hybrids tolerant to a mycelium-genous effect of sclerotiniose at the sprouting phase at Plant Production Institute nd. a.
