Abstract

The peculiarities of diploidization process for maize matroclinal haploids, which have been identified by the method of genetic marking were studied. The influence of different concentrations of colchicine on plant viability and dihaploid formation was investigated. The conditions of the diploidization, which provide the increase of the frequency of dihaploids and dihaploid lines formation, are recommended
