Abstract

The problem questions of selection of winter rye on stability to lodging, namely: bringing in shortness donor to crossing, certain changeability, inheritance and selection of constant shortness forms from early hybrids are described. Gene – suppressor Hl, which controls the shortness’ sign, carries out direct influence on the manifestation of economic-valuable signs in the hybrids F₁ and F₂ of winter rye.
