Abstract

Topical problem of  threshing of spring triticale is considered in the article. It has been proved that the indications of  easy threshing and breakability of ear stems are independently inherited. It has been established that it’s necessary to start the evaluation of  threshing at the stage of elite plants by the  methods of ear breakability  and the indication of grain keeping strength by glumes. Creation of spring triticale forms with a strong ear stem and medium density of ear glumes for successful breeding for easy threshing are recommended
