Генетичний контроль ознаки стійкості у кукурудзи до збудника пухирчастої сажки

Abstract

Under the conditions of artificial infection some sources and donors for resistance to common smut (Ustilago zeae (Beckm) Unger) among corn sam-ples from the collection of National Centre for Plant Genetic Resources of Ukraine are distinguished. A hybridologie analysis for F₁ and F₂ hybrids, ob-tained from the crossing of isolated sources of resistance with sensitive testers for the search of a possibility to use them in breeding, is carried out.

As to the results of the investigation the valuable initial material with manifestation of donor properties is recommended for utilization in breeding for resistance to common smut
