The paper presents the results on the study of the varieties and hybrids of winter bread wheat belonging, which possess a different productive poten- tial, winter hardiness, resistance to fungal and leaf diseases. Out of newly developed hybridic combinations some sources for the resistance to bio – and abiotic environmental factors, including genetically conditioned resistance to mildew, covered smut, have been chosen and recommended for briding
