Abstract

Elaboration of the technology for estimation of molecular-genetical polymorphism of agricultural plants by means of PCR-analysis is described. Systems of PCR-markers which permit to solve some problems in relation of plant genetics and breeding are determined. Molecular marker`s grouping is made and the most wigely spread markers are identified
