Динаміка морфогенних процесів у культурі гіногенних калюсів та рослин моркви in vitro

Abstract

Efficient of long cultivation of gynogenic carrot calli on their morfogenic signs were studied. In tenth passage proliferatіc activity of such calli increased in 4 times and embryogenic activity decreased in 2 times on comparing to fourth passage.
Embryogenic ability of somatic tissues from gynogenic plants-regenerants was not higher then it in gynogenic callus clones, which this plants descended from. Androgenic plant tissues showed increasing embryogenic potential on comparing to parental androgenic callus
